All refunds & exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase. If purchased directly from K-9 Ballistics, we will issue a refund up to 30 days after purchase date. For items returned after 30 days, a store credit may be issued for the purchase price at our discretion. Please call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RA#).

Products must be clean and unused for them to be returned or exchanged-unclean products will be cleaned at customer expense. Returned or exchanged items must be in original condition with all packaging intact to receive full credit: If any of these conditions are not met, a restocking fee may be assessed (see below).

Packages must be returned freight prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend insuring the package.

Refunds

For items returned within 30 days:
For a cash refund items must be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items are only eligible for a full refund if they are in original condition. Customers may be charged restocking fees, repackaging fees, and cleaning fees based on the condition of the product.

For items returned after 30 days:
K-9 Ballistics store credit will be issued if the item is still a current stocking product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Customers may be assessed restocking fees, repackaging fees, and cleaning fees based on the condition of the product.

Warranty

In the event that you have K-9 Ballistics gear with a defect in material or craftsmanship, please return the product to the original place of purchase for their warranty assistance. If you are unable to warranty an item at the original place of purchase, please contact K-9 Ballistics directly to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RA#).

Warranty products must be returned clean. Damage due to reasons outside the scope of our guarantee can be repaired at a reasonable charge. You will be contacted as to the amount.

What is not covered by the K-9 Ballistics Guarantee?

The K-9 Ballistics Guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use or neglect, damage caused by normal wear and tear, and damage caused by persistent chewing. Toys are not covered under warranty.
