Returns & Exchanges

GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Returns 

Return in 30 days if the item is unused in original box. A $30 return shipping fee per box on returns and non-warranty items. ($15 for each direction of travel). We cannot accept returns on used products because we can’t resell a used item. Nobody likes used stuff. Click here to submit a return claim. 


Custom embroidery items cannot be exchanged or returned. 


Exchanges 

Shipping fees will be waived for exchanges. Items must be in the original box and sent back within 30 days.

Items do not qualify for return or exchange if they:

  1. Have been personalized with embroidery
  2. Have had their tags removed
  3. Show signs of use (includes, but is not limited to: evidence of dog fur, dander, dirt, stains, scratch marks, odors, etc.)
  4. Have been washed
  5. Have been damaged
  6. Were purchased at a discount greater than 15% (e.g. clearance items)
  7. Were received more than 30 days ago

All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny refunds to any items returned to us that are not in new, unused condition. Custom embroidery items cannot be exchanged or returned.

We provide return labels only if the item is sent back in the original box. There is a $30 ($15 each way of travel) shipping fee per box for returns. The fee will be waived for exchanges. For returns and exchanges, we will send a FedEx shipping label to be dropped off at a FedEx location. If you no longer have the original box, we cannot provide a return label and you are responsible for shipping it back. Please note that we do not reimburse return shipping costs in these cases. If our return label is used on any box other than the original (or no box at all), the full cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the final refund. If the cost of the label exceeds the total refund amount, no refund will be given.

Please allow up to 3-5 days for the refund to be processed from the time we received your return. If the item has been damaged it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please click here to contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
