General Return & Exchange Policy

Ensuring you receive the world's best dog bed is important to us.

We allow returns and exchanges on an order within the first thirty days of receipt if the item(s) are in new, unused condition. Items that have been personalized with embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged. Items bought during the promotion period or during clearance with a discount greater than 15% cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us here.

We provide return labels only if the item is sent back in the original box. There is a $15 return shipping fee per box. The fee will be waived for exchanges. For returns and exchanges, we will send a FedEx shipping label to be dropped off at a FedEx location. Use this link to find your nearest FedEx location. If you no longer have the original box, we cannot provide a return label and you are responsible for shipping it back. Please note that we do not reimburse return shipping costs in these cases.

Please allow up to 3-5 days for the refund to be processed from the time we received your return.

If the item has been damaged it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our warranty team here for assistance.

We cannot guarantee a successful cancellation or order change, but if you contact us before 2 PM EST (11 AM PST) on the same day the order is placed, we can usually accommodate the request. Requests received after that time are usually too late for us to catch in time, but we will still make the attempt.
