General Return & Exchange Policy

Returns 

We allow returns on an order within the first ten days of receipt only if the item(s) are in new, unused condition (no dirt, dog fur, stains, odors, or damage present). Items that have been personalized with embroidery cannot be returned. Please contact us at [email protected] for the RMA number and return address. We issue a 75% refund on returns (25% restocking fee) to help recoup the cost of shipping the item out. If you place a new order to exchange the item instead, the restocking fee will be waived. We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns, but you may ship it back using whatever carrier is most cost-effective for you.

If the item has been damaged it is not eligible for return. Please contact our warranty team at [email protected] for assistance.

Exchanges 

We can exchange an item on your order within the first ten days of receipt if the item is still in new, unused condition (no dirt, dog fur, stains, odors, or damage present). Items that have been personalized with embroidery cannot be exchanged. To make an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] for the RMA number and return address. You will be need to ship the item back to us and place a new order online for the desired product. Once the original item is received you will receive a full refund as long as you have completed the exchange by placing the new order. We do not provide prepaid return labels for exchanges, but you may ship it back using whatever carrier is most cost-effective for you.
