Returns and Exchanges
We allow returns and exchanges on an order within the first thirty days of receipt if the item(s) are in new, unused condition. Items that have been personalized with embroidery cannot be returned. Items bought during the promotion period or during clearance with a discount greater than 15% cannot be returned. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at here for the RMA number and return address. We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns, but you may ship it back using whichever carrier is most cost-effective for you. Once the item has been received and processed a full refund will be issued. Please allow up to 3-5 days for the refund to be processed.
If the item has been damaged it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our warranty team at here for assistance.
