Warranty Policy

120 Day Chew Proof Warranty™ Eligibility

If your dog damages their bed within 120 days after receiving it, we will provide you with a one-time replacement of the cover or bed.

The 120 Day Chew Proof Warranty™ provides a one-time full replacement of the bed for the following six products only:

  2. Chew Proof Armored™ Mesh Elevated Dog Bed
  3. Chew Proof Armored™ Vinyl Elevated Dog Bed
  4. Chew Proof Armored™ Padded Elevated Dog Crate Bed
  5. Chew Proof Armored™ Dog Crate Pad
  6. Tough Ripstop™ Dog Crate Pad

    The 120 Day Chew Proof Warranty™ provides a one-time replacement cover only for the following nine products; the mattress is not included:

    1. Tough Ripstop™ Orthopedic Dog Crate Bed
    2. Tough Ripstop™ Rectangle Pillow Dog Bed
    3. Tough Ripstop™ Rectangle Orthopedic Dog Bed
    4. Tough Ripstop™ Rectangle Bolster Pillow Dog Bed
    5. Tough Ripstop™ Rectangle Bolster Orthopedic Dog Bed
    6. Tough Ripstop™ Round Pillow Dog Bed
    7. Tough Ripstop™ Oval Bolster Pillow Dog Bed
    8. Tough Ripstop™ Giant 7" Rectangle Orthopedic Dog Bed
    9. Tough Ripstop™ Giant 7" Rectangle Bolster Orthopedic Dog Bed

      Warranty Store Credit

      If a warranty replacement is not desired or is not currently available, we will issue you a one-time warranty store credit for its value. This credit will be issued as a unique code that can be copied and pasted into the discount box during checkout to be applied to an order. Warranty store credit is valid for 30 days and can be used on any physical products, regardless of whether they are on sale, clearance, or open box. 

      Warranty store credit cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards. Items purchased with warranty store credit are considered warranty replacements and do not come with a warranty of their own, even if the store credit did not cover the full value of the new item.

      10 Year Won’t Flatten Warranty Eligibility

      If your orthopedic mattress flattens more than 2 inches within 10 years of receipt, we will replace it once free of charge. This warranty applies to solid-foam style orthopedic mattresses only. It does not apply to shredded-foam filled pillow mattresses or polyester fiberfill products. It does not cover flattening or deformation caused by destructive behaviors such as chewing, scratching, water damage, or misuse. 

      To claim the warranty, please email info@k9ballistics.com with a copy of your order confirmation and a photo featuring the mattress, uncovered, with a ruler showing the current thickness of the bed. If your shipping address has changed, be sure to provide your new address for the replacement mattress. This guarantee does not apply to the outer cover of the bed.

      30 Day Manufacturer's Warranty Eligibility

      If the bed, bed component, or accessory arrives with any defects from the manufacturing process or damage from transit, we will replace the affected component free of charge. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the order. Damage from destructive behaviors like chewing or scratching, or from misuse or intentional alteration of the product, is not covered by this warranty. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the order. If a replacement is not desired, the standard return policy applies.

      Additional Warranty Terms

      Accessories (including, but not limited to: dog gear, blankets, car seat covers, leashes, toys, etc.) are covered only by the 30-Day Manufacturer's Warranty. They are made to be durable against wear and tear but are not intended to be chew proof, and as such are not covered under the 120-Day Chew Proof Warranty™ against dog-related damage.

      Clearance, Final Sale, and Open Box items are not covered under any warranties. 

      Our warranties guarantee a one-time replacement of the affected item when applicable. These are not money-back guarantees and damaged items are not eligible for refunds. If a replacement is not desired, warranty store credit will be issued instead.

      Warranty replacements and items purchased with warranty store credit cannot be returned for a refund. If they meet our standard return criteria, they can be exchanged for a different item or for warranty store credit only. 

      The above warranties apply only to orders placed directly through K9 Ballistics.com or through K9 Ballistics' page on Amazon. K9 Ballistics products purchased from third-party resellers are not covered. 

      Although we strive to make the strongest, most durable, and safest products available for our pups, experienced pet parents must understand that a determined persistent chewer can eventually get through almost anything. As with any product you give your dog, if they have a history of destroying or ingesting objects, supervision is highly recommended. K9 Ballistics is not responsible for any damages incurred by the use of our products.
