Shipping

Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Home Delivery. Some smaller items, such as covers or accessories, may ship via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available currently. Please note that since FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you will need to provide a physical address when ordering so that we can ship the order out to you. 


You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is ready to leave our warehouse, with a tracking number to track the shipment. All orders ship from Southern California, so please allow roughly 2-3 days of transit time for locations along the West Coast, 3-4 days for the central US, and 5-6 business days if you are located on the East Coast. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Additionally, K9 Ballistics is not responsible for carrier-related delays. During the end-of-year holiday season carrier backlogs can sometimes add 1-2 weeks to shipping time, so it is recommended to order early to ensure prompt delivery.


We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to the shipping costs involved we currently do not ship outside the 48 contiguous continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, FPO/APO and international addresses, please consider a forwarding service like reship.com to have the order delivered to you.


Package not received?

If the tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please check around your property first to confirm the driver did not tuck the package out of immediate sight and confirm with your neighbors that none of them received it in error. FedEx and UPS will occasionally mark a package as delivered prematurely, so allow 24 hours for the item to be delivered past the initial delivery date. If you still have not received the package 24 hours after it was marked as delivered, please contact us so that we can start a trace with the carrier.


Traces take an average of 2 business days to complete and must be completed before we can proceed with lost package procedures. You must contact us within 5 days of the order being marked as delivered in order for us to start a trace. If you do not contact us within that timeframe, we will not be able to do a trace and the replacement will count as your warranty replacement. Packages reported as lost two weeks past the delivery date are not eligible for replacement.


If the carrier is not able to recover and redeliver the package within that time frame, we can send out a one-time replacement. We are not able to issue refunds for orders that show as delivered. If possible, we recommend providing an alternate address or having the order shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS store for pickup to ensure a successful delivery.
