10/10 would recommend. The zipper tote on my original cover and customer service quickly helped solved my issue and sent me a replacement. My dog loves his orthopedic dog crate bed.

Our dog was able to pull up the corners and get a hold of the seam on the bottom and chew up and rip 2 covers so far. The first one luckily was still covered under warranty but the second was not. Make sure to use the zip ties to attach it to the crate (no instructions for, we just had to figure it out) so the dog can’t pull up the corners at all. Also, this cover is a huge pain to put on and take off the dog bed itself. Kinda like putting on wet skinny jeans if you know what I mean. Otherwise, it’s held up and nice that it’s washable.

My dog chewed a hole in the corner of the cover I bought and I contacted customer service. I took pictures of the hole and completed their warranty form. Within a day, they were already shipping me a new cover. Customer service was amazing! My dog has not been able to chew through this new cover. Quality products!

Our dog is on his second bed from k9! He loves his crate bed and we just thought he needed a refresh after a few years of use. When he was a puppy this was the only bed he didn’t destroy, so it’s a keeper! Now that he is trained, we don’t have to tie down the corners. Excellent product-worth the money!
