Is this collar chew proof?

This is not a chew proof item. The seat belt webbing has incredible tensile strength against pulling, stretching, and tearing, but it is not ballistic fabric and is not intended to withstand gnawing or biting. The Airtag Holder is not chew proof either. Do not leave these items within reach of a chewer when unattended.

What comes in the box?

This listing is for one K9 Pro™ Dog Collar and AirTag Holder. These items will arrive sealed in a plastic bag; they may be sealed inside separate bags within the same box. The collar may or may not include a handle, depending on whether you select the "Classic" (no handle) or "With Handle" style.

What is this collar made from?

The collar buckle is a GT Cobra® Buckle, made from 100% polymer. The collar material is seat belt webbing, made from polyester. The D-ring and other miscellaneous hardware are all made from metal. The tag silencer is made from silicone. If you have the "With Handle" version, the handle padding is made from a mix of latex and foam.

What is the AirTag Holder made from?

The exterior case is made from ABS plastic. The center seal that attaches the holder to the collar or harness is made from silicone. The four screws are made from metal.

Why don't you use a metal buckle?

Quite frankly, a metal buckle is total overkill! Plastic might sound flimsy, but not all plastics are made the same. Sturdy polymer and an advanced design ensure that this buckle will last. The biggest advantage to polymer over metal, in this case, is comfort. The metal version of this buckle is bulkier and a lot heavier, and it has to hang from your dog's neck all day. There's no sense in putting your pup through that discomfort when a lightweight alternative that's just as effective is available.

Are these items covered under warranty?

The collar and AirTag holder are both covered under our 30 Day Manufacturer's Warranty, which applies to manufacturing defects only. These are not meant to be chew-resistant items and they are not covered by the 120 Day Warranty. For more details or to submit a claim for a defect, please visit our warranty page.

Is the AirTag tracker included with this item?

No, the actual AirTag tracker must be obtained separately, if you do not already have one. The item included in this bundle kit is the holder only.

Will the AirTag Holder work with a Tile or other tracker?

This holder is specifically designed and sized for use with an Apple AirTag. Rectangular or square trackers, like a Tile, won't fit. If you have a round tracker that is sized exactly like an AirTag it may work with this product, but we cannot guarantee it.

Do you sell AirTag trackers?

We do not sell the trackers for this holder. You should be able to purchase one directly from Apple or from a local electronics retailer.

How do I clean the collar?

Simply wipe the collar down with a damp cloth periodically to keep it looking new. For more stubborn stains or odors, hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent and air dry. If the AirTag holder gets dirty, it can be wiped down or rinsed off.

Can I personalize the collar?

Unfortunately, we've found that due to the slick texture of the seat belt webbing, our Pro collars are not compatible with heat-transfer vinyl personalization in the long term. As such, we're no longer able to offer this option. We're looking into alternative methods for personalizing these collars, though, and hope to be able to offer it again in the future.

What size collar should I get?

For best results, measure the circumference of your dog’s neck and select the size that includes your dog’s measurement in its range. This collar is meant for larger dogs and may not fit small breeds. For smaller pups, check out our K9 Everyday™ Dog collar instead.

Had it personalized, and the name wore off in weeks. The collar is nice, but a little wide for my taste. Looks like what it’s made of a seatbelt.

Collar is good, adding text is useless
Collar seems nice, but put my dogs name on it and with in a week it was worn off mostly making the collar look junky. Would be better off not personalizing this one.

Perfect collar for big breeds
This collar is comfortable on my doberman and it allows me to quickly redirect him using the handle.
