This is not a chew proof item. The seat belt webbing has incredible tensile strength against pulling, stretching, and tearing, but it is not ballistic fabric and is not intended to withstand gnawing or biting. The Airtag Holder is not chew proof either. Do not leave these items within reach of a chewer when unattended.

This listing is for one K9 Pro™ Dog Collar and AirTag Holder. These items will arrive sealed in a plastic bag; they may be sealed inside separate bags within the same box. The collar may or may not include a handle, depending on whether you select the "Classic" (no handle) or "With Handle" style.

The collar buckle is a GT Cobra® Buckle, made from 100% polymer. The collar material is seat belt webbing, made from polyester. The D-ring and other miscellaneous hardware are all made from metal. The tag silencer is made from silicone. If you have the "With Handle" version, the handle padding is made from a mix of latex and foam.

The exterior case is made from ABS plastic. The center seal that attaches the holder to the collar or harness is made from silicone. The four screws are made from metal.

Quite frankly, a metal buckle is total overkill! Plastic might sound flimsy, but not all plastics are made the same. Sturdy polymer and an advanced design ensure that this buckle will last.

The biggest advantage to polymer over metal, in this case, is comfort. The metal version of this buckle is bulkier and a lot heavier, and it has to hang from your dog's neck all day. There's no sense in putting your pup through that discomfort when a lightweight alternative that's just as effective is available.

The collar and AirTag holder are both covered under our 30 Day Manufacturer's Warranty, which applies to manufacturing defects only. These are not meant to be chew-resistant items and they are not covered by the 120 Day Warranty.

No, the actual AirTag tracker must be obtained separately, if you do not already have one. The item included in this bundle kit is the holder only.

This holder is specifically designed and sized for use with an Apple AirTag. Rectangular or square trackers, like a Tile, won't fit. If you have a round tracker that is sized exactly like an AirTag it may work with this product, but we cannot guarantee it.

We do not sell the trackers for this holder. You should be able to purchase one directly from Apple or from a local electronics retailer.

Simply wipe the collar down with a damp cloth periodically to keep it looking new. For more stubborn stains or odors, hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent and air dry.

If the AirTag holder gets dirty, it can be wiped down or rinsed off.

Unfortunately, we've found that due to the slick texture of the seat belt webbing, our Pro collars are not compatible with heat-transfer vinyl personalization in the long term. As such, we're no longer able to offer this option. We're looking into alternative methods for personalizing these collars, though, and hope to be able to offer it again in the future.

For best results, measure the circumference of your dog’s neck and select the size that includes your dog’s measurement in its range. This collar is meant for larger dogs and may not fit small breeds. For smaller pups, check out our K9 Everyday™ Dog collar instead.
