This is not a chew proof item. The ripstop ballistic fabric is durable and will hold up to wear and tear as well as digging and scratching, but the flexible and relatively thin design makes it easy for a chewer to get it between their jaws and work at it until they do damage. The straps and buckles can also be vulnerable to heavy chewing.

Do not leave destructive chewers unsupervised with this cover.

This cover is a single unit, and will arrive folded up in a small box or shipping bag. No assembly is required upon arrival; just unfold and buckle the straps around the back seat headrests to get it installed. You can fold the bumper cover under the quilted portion or keep it rolled up when not in use.

The cover is made from 1200D ripstop ballistic polyester fabric, including the non-quilted bumper cover. There is a textured rubber coating on the underside of the cover to prevent it from sliding. The headrest strap buckles are made from plastic. 

Simply remove the cover from the car and shake it off outside to dislodge fur and dirt. You can also vacuum the cover or wipe it down with a damp cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, hang it over a railing and hose it down, then let it air dry.

The cover can also be machine washed cold water on a delicate cycle. Close all buckles before loading into the machine. Air dry if possible, or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid frequent machine washes, as this can weaken the water resistance of the cover.

Yes, the headrest straps were specifically designed for use with adjustable headrests. We cannot guarantee compatibility with any other kinds of headrests.

The seat cover is covered under our 30 Day Manufacturer's Warranty, which applies to manufacturing defects only. This is not meant to be a chew-resistant item and is not covered by the 120 Day Warranty.

Typically the large size fits best in compact SUVs, while the XL works full-size or XL SUVs, but it depends entirely on your vehicle's specific dimensions. The best thing to do is measure the dimensions of your cargo space and compare to the sizes listed for our covers and pick the one that comes closest. For extra coverage along the walls of the cargo area, choose the larger size.

Yes, you can! This cover can be personalized with embroidery lettering. To add it, just select the option to add personalization, select the thread color and font, and type in what you want to have embroidered. Embroidery appears centered along the back of the seat cover, in the space between the headrest straps.

Please be aware that personalization is not chew- or scratch-resistant and can be damaged by destructive dogs. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, so check your sizing carefully.
