If you purchased a Tough Ripstop™ Rectangle Dog Bed, Tough Ripstop™ Bolster Dog Bed, Tough Ripstop™ Orthopedic Crate Pad, or Tough Ripstop™ Round Dog Bed, the warranty covers replacement value for the cover only. Tough Ripstop™ Dog Crate Pad has a replacement value for the full replacement of the item as this product does not have a separate cover.

The warranty replacement value is good for 30 days from the date issued. The warranty is only applicable one time to your original purchase and items purchased with store credit will not come with a warranty of their own. If you do not wish to receive store credit for the damaged item, we can provide a physical replacement of the damaged item instead. We do not issue refunds for used or damaged items.

Accessories and mattresses are covered by the 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty only. They are not covered by the 120-Day Chew Proof Warranty™ one time replacement. They are durable and made to last a lifetime against normal wear and tear but are considered very easy for a dog to chew if unsupervised. As will any product you give a persistent chewer, supervision is recommended.

10 Year Won't Flatten Guarantee - This is a one-time warranty per mattress, applicable to orthopedic beds only (excludes pillow and fiberfill products). If your orthopedic mattress flattens more than 2 inches or 50% in 10 years we will replace it once free of charge. Flattening due to normal use is covered under this warranty. We will not replace mattresses which have flattened due to destructive behaviors such as chewing or scratching, or due to water damage or exposure to urine. To claim the warranty replacement, simply send us a photo of the mattress beside a tape measure or ruler. Please remove the outer cover before photographing the damaged fill, as this will help us see the flattened area.

For all Clearance and Open Box items, we offer a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty against manufacturing defects and shipping-related transit damage only. Dog-related damage is not covered. Clearance and Open Box items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Although we strive to make the strongest, most durable, and safest products available for our pups, experienced pet parents must understand that a determined persistent chewer can eventually get through almost anything. As with any product you give your dog, if they have a history of destroying or ingesting objects, supervision is highly recommended.
