We are very excited that our most popular Chew Proof Armored beds are now available in a breathable, UV resistant, mesh fabric. They are perfect for the warmer months, can be used indoors or outdoors and are convenient for travel, camping, and more. The open weave allows water and air to pass through the fabric.
Our durable mesh fabric, combined with the elevated cot design, gets your pup off the ground and allows 360-degree of airflow. The breathable mesh sling allows warm body heat to escape from all sides keeping your dog cooler. Raising your pet off the ground also offers joint-relief from lying on a hard ground.

If you have a persistent chewer, or a dog that chews heavily at their bedding, you need a Chew Proof Armored bed. The all-metal frame and lack of vulnerable spots means these beds will hold up against even the most determined destroyers. If your dog doesn’t chew so much but does like to dig at their bed or drag it around the yard, then a Tough Rip-Stop bed is a good option. The ballistic Rip-Stop cover will resist scratching, tearing, and roughhousing.
We offer a 120-day warranty on both our Chew Proof Armored and Tough Rip-Stop series of beds. If your dog manages to damage one of these beds within the warranty period, we’ll replace the cover once, free of charge. For items that do not have removable covers, we’ll send out a full replacement. If you don’t want a replacement, we can issue you store credit for its value instead, which can be applied towards a different item on our site.
Our covers are made from 1200 denier ballistic fabric. This heavy-duty material resists tearing and punctures and will hold up much better against destructive behaviors than traditional bed covers. The grid-like Rip-Stop weave is an additional feature that further reinforces the strength of the fabric by preventing small tears or punctures from growing. An additional waterproof backing and water repellent coating helps protect the bed from moisture and spills.
Our pillow and orthopedic mattresses are both made in the USA from CertiPUR-US certified foam. It’s made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde and has low VOC emissions for indoor air quality. Orthopedic mattresses use solid foam to provide firm, dense support, while pillow mattresses are filled with shredded foam to provide a softer cushion that your dog can sink down and nestle into.
The only chew proof items we have are our Chew Proof Armored dog beds; accessories such as the dog leashes, collars, crate covers, and car seat covers are not chew proof or chew-resistant and should not be left unattended with a destructive dog. They are, however, made from extremely durable materials to resist wear and tear and hold up to heavy use, and they’ll last you a very long time.
Yes, we offer embroidery on all products with removable covers. We offer several different colors of thread to choose from.
Most of our beds have a removable cover. When the bed is first received, open the plastic wrapping of the mattress, allow it to expand, and then slide it into the cover and seal the closure. Orthopedic mattresses may need to be folded in half before you can slide them into the cover; they fill out the cover completely, so it can be a tight fit. Beds without separate covers, such as the Tough Crate Pad or Mini Tough Bed, only need to be unrolled from their packaging before they’re good for use. Our Ballistic Chew Proof cots come pre-assembled, and only need to have the legs screwed into the corners before they can be used.
Our beds are super easy to clean. All of our covers are machine-washable in cold water on a delicate cycle. Seal all Velcro or zipper closures before washing. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Orthopedic foam mattresses cannot be washed, but can be deodorized with baking soda. Beds without removable covers, such as the Tough Crate Pad and Mini Tough Bed, can be machine-washed whole. Please note that large and extra-large beds are not recommended in a household dryer but can be hosed off or washed in a commercial/industrial washer.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. Please note that since FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you will need to provide a physical address when ordering so that we can ship the order out to you.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and will arrive 3-5 days after processing. Personalized embroidery items take a little longer to prepare.

To cancel an order, please submit a Support Form with “Cancel/Change Order” as reason for inquiry. Please include your order number in the body or subject line of the email to help us resolve the issue right away. Since orders often ship the same day they are placed, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop the order before it ships. Once the order is picked up we cannot cancel the order, but we can initiate a return. Please be aware that if the order has embroidery, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the embroidery is complete.

For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, FPO/APO and international addresses, please consider a forwarding service like reship.com to have the order delivered to you.
Unfortunately, it did not. A gateway transaction error occurs if the billing address entered does not match the billing address associated with your credit card. Failing this verification step will prevent an order from being placed, but you may still see a pending charge on your card from the attempted transaction. You card may even put these funds on hold to reserve them. However, since a valid order was not created and the funds cannot be transferred, the transaction will drop off your card and release the funds automatically. This typically takes a few business days. If you repeatedly get this error during checkout, you may want to contact your bank to confirm the billing address on file for your card, or checkout using a different card or PayPal instead.

To pay via credit card or Sezzle, you’ll need to ignore those Express options and enter in your contact information into the fields provided on the first page, and then proceed to the shipping page.
