Our eGift Cards are available only in the denominations shown; we are not able to do custom amounts. If you wish to purchase a certain amount that isn't listed, you can purchase multiple of the smaller denominations to get to the total. However, each card will have its own unique redemption code that will need to be entered into the discount box during checkout to apply it.

When you purchase a gift card for yourself or someone else, you will be emailed a unique, randomized code. When you copy and paste that code into the discount box during checkout, the value if the gift card will be applied to the order.

We are very sorry, but we are not able to issue refunds for gift cards.

No, these cards cannot be renewed once depleted. You will need to purchase a new eGift Card once the original is used up.

Yes, you can apply multiple cards to an order. You will need to enter each card's redemption code and apply it one at a time before entering your payment information (if appliable) and completing the order.

No. If you attempt to purchase an eGift Card using warranty credit, your warranty credit will be frozen and no gift card will be issued. We are not able to issue new warranty credit if you've attempted to use it on an eGift Card.

You will be refunded via credit back to the eGift Card. We are not able to refund back to a different payment method from the one that was used on the order.

We do not sell any of our products in brick-and-mortar stores, and we do not have any physical gift cards available. If you would like to give someone a K9 Ballistics gift card, you must purchase an electronic one here.
