This is not a chew proof item. The nylon webbing has incredible tensile strength against pulling, stretching, and tearing, but it is not ballistic fabric and is not intended to withstand gnawing or biting. Do not let your dog chomp on this collar or leave it within reach of a chewer when unattended.

The collar is made from nylon webbing and is lined with breathable neoprene padding. The Duraflex buckle is made from nylon plastic and the metal D-ring for leash attachment is made from aluminum.

The collar is covered under our 30 Day Manufacturer's Warranty, which applies to manufacturing defects only. This is not meant to be a chew-resistant item and is not covered by the 120 Day Warranty.

Simply wipe the collar down with a damp cloth periodically to keep it looking new. For more stubborn stains or odors, hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent and air dry.

Yes! This collar can be personalized with heat transfer vinyl. Feel free to add your phone number, dog's name, or even a short phrase like "Working Dog" for easy identification. To add it, just select the option to add personalization, select the vinyl color and font, and make sure to type in what you want the text to say. Personalization will appear in all capitals.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, so check your sizing carefully.
