Clean up spills as quickly as possible to reduce the chance of leakage into the bed, and avoid submerging the bed or allowing it to sit in puddled water.

Please note that water-resistance refers to regular water, as in moisture from weather, sprinklers, or water bowl spills. Bodily fluids like urine and vomit are more caustic and can seep past the DWR treatment and PU backing if not wiped up quickly. Frequent exposure to urine or vomit can damage these protective coatings, making the cover more vulnerable to fluids in the future.

Simply wipe the cover down with a damp cloth or scrub away any stubborn spots with soap and warm water. For a more thorough cleaning, remove it from the mattress and machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle. Make sure to zip up the cover and keep it right side out before adding it to the machine. Air dry if possible, or machine dry on low heat.

You will need to purchase a matching bolster pillow to complete the set, as this cover does not include one.

Yes, you can! This cover can be personalized with embroidery as long as you choose obsidian black, blue quartz, sandstone, taupe premium finish, or titanium premium finish as the bed color. Velvet color options cannot be personalized due to the velvet coating.
